Processing & Shipping

Most items are ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order products may take a little longer. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Digital Products
All digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
